Nothing that exciting, but here are a couple of random pictures I took today.
1. Morning sun on the snow, I just liked the contrast of the sunlight and the shadows formed by the dimples in the snow.
2. These birds seemed a little lost, hanging out, pecking at the sidewalk in front of an apartment building, and causing the traffic to back up.
3. I liked the colors of the streaks in the sky...I tried to work around the power lines, but ended up trying to incorporate them into the picture.

a room with a view...

...not a good view, but still. Random pictures from this week, showing the view from my bedroom windows.
1. I have seen more sunrises this week than I care to admit. Stupid insomnia - at least I get to take pictures of the sunrise, which is almost worth it. This one is kinda blurry, due to photographing through the glass...but I like it anyway.
2. It's snowing here again...even though the snow has mostly stopped, they haven't managed to get a plow down Main St.
3. The snow isn't even really pretty; the whole world is gray, and it's sort of depressing.

Some more pictures of our kitties:
1. Brynna, the little girl. She's so sweet.
2. Gwydion, such a handsome boy. Weighing in at nearly 20 pounds, he's the biggest of our cats.
3. Keelin, the neurotic one. It's unusual to find her napping out in the open like this.
4. Kolya, my little man. He tends to look a little mean in his photographs...this is the "I'm about to claw your eyes out" look.
5. Tristan, our resident cat toy killer. He likes to bring his "kills" to us to show his affection.
